Shakespeare Media was commissioned by Impact AV to produce an engaging 2-minute brand video that highlights their professional audio visual production service.

Based in Sydney Impact AV offers a complete service from presentation concept to final performance of the event. They supply, set up and run professional top brand equipment for sound, vision, lighting, staging, rigging, video conferences, telephone conferencing, webinars, live streaming, webcasting, video editing, video production, lighting design and production/conceptual management.

The marketing team from Impact AV wanted the ‘wow’ factor with their video production. To achieve this visually Shakespeare Media opted for a multi-camera set up with plenty of fluid camera movement, like tracking and crane shots, as well as slow motion. This gives the final video a grand and elegant feel.

In addition to the above, cinematic camera techniques were utilized to enhance impact. This included plenty of back-light, flare and soft foreground elements. This coupled with top of the range HD cameras and cine lenses would give the final Impact AV video a 'filmic' look.

Please enjoy the final video and be sure to leave comments below.

[Amanda Bainbridge, Executive Assistant, Cancer Council]:

“There’s a lot of pressure when the lights go on. It’s the fact that you don’t have control over it and you have to trust someone else to do their job.

“When you run an event lots of things can go wrong with the AV. It can ruin the reputation of the company putting the event on.”

[Noel Nassar, Creative Director, Noel Nassar Events]:

“My events are not successful without AV. All my hard work will go down the drain if I do not have AV companies that compliment the work that I do as an event stylist and as a planner.”

“I can have events up to 1,000 people. The tension builds up. Everyone’s running around making sure that the lighting states are all perfect, that the sound is 100%. I have worked with companies that don’t listen, who don’t go about lighting in the correct way and it makes it difficult.”

[Amanda Bainbridge, Executive Assistant, Cancer Council]:

“Impact AV know what they’re doing and know what I need, they’re in the background, they’re invisible, but you’re very thankful they’re there, doing their job correctly.”

[Noel Nassar, Creative Director, Noel Nassar Events]:

“Impact AV are a brilliant and innovative company. I really enjoy working with them because they are yes people.”
